1. Data controller
MOLBER Solutions S.A. de C.V., located at Atlixcáyotl 1499, 3rd floor, Reserva Territorial Atlixcáyotl, Z.C. 72810, San Andrés Cholula, Puebla, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data.
Privacy contact: arco@molber.mx.
2. Personal data we process
a) On this website
- Contact form: name, company, email address, phone number, type of request, bar sizes of interest, approximate number of splices and the message you write to us.
- Technical data: IP address and the date and time of submission, which we use for security and to prevent automated messages (spam).
- Browsing data, only if you accept analytics cookies: cookie identifiers, pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location (city or region). See the Cookie Policy.
b) In the business relationship
If you become a customer, we may also process: legal name, tax ID (RFC), tax and delivery addresses, contact details of your representatives and site staff, and the data needed to invoice and reconcile your payments. Payment data is financial data; we collect it only with your express consent.
We do not process sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in your messages.
3. Purposes
Purposes necessary to handle your request or the business relationship
- Answering your requests for quotes, data sheets, lab reports, technical visits or information about the G7K tool.
- Preparing quotes and following up on the sale.
- Supplying products and coordinating their delivery.
- Invoicing, collecting payment and complying with tax and legal obligations.
- Providing technical advice and support.
- Protecting the security of the website and preventing abuse of the form.
Purposes that require your consent
- Sending you commercial and technical information and news about MOLBER products. We will only do so if you tick the corresponding box on the form or authorize it by other means.
- Measuring website usage with Google Analytics to improve it. This is only enabled if you accept analytics cookies.
Refusing these purposes does not affect how we handle your request. You may withdraw your consent at any time (section 7).
4. Service providers that process data on MOLBER's behalf
To operate the website and our communications, we use providers that process data solely on MOLBER's behalf and under our instructions (processors, under the Law). Some of them have servers outside Mexico:
- Google (Google Workspace): email, where we receive your messages.
- Google (Google Analytics): website usage statistics, only with your consent.
- Cloudflare (Turnstile): verification that the form is submitted by a person and not by an automated program.
- HostArmada: website hosting.
5. Transfers
MOLBER does not sell your personal data or transfer it to third parties for their own purposes. We may only transfer it without your consent in the cases permitted by article 36 of the Law; for example, when required by law or by a competent authority, or when necessary to fulfill our legal relationship with you (such as delivering products through carriers). If any other transfer is required in the future, we will ask for your consent first.
6. ARCO rights
You have the right to Access your data, Rectify it if inaccurate, Cancel it and Object to its processing. To exercise these rights, send a request to arco@molber.mx including:
- Your name and how you wish to receive our reply.
- A document proving your identity (for example, a voter ID or passport) and, if you act on behalf of someone else, the document proving your authority to represent them.
- A clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise.
- Any other information that helps us locate your data.
We will reply within a maximum of 20 days from receipt of your request. If it is granted, we will carry it out within the following 15 days. These periods may be extended once, for an equal period, when circumstances justify it, and we will let you know.
If you believe your request was not handled in accordance with the Law, you may contact the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno (Mexico's Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance), the authority in charge of enforcing the Law.
7. Withdrawal of consent and limiting use
- You may withdraw your consent at any time, without retroactive effect, by writing to arco@molber.mx. If withdrawal prevents us from handling a request in progress, we will let you know.
- To stop receiving commercial information, write to the same address or reply to any of our emails asking to unsubscribe.
- To disable Google Analytics, change your choice in the website's cookie notice ("Cookie settings" link in the footer) or delete the cookies in your browser.
8. Retention and security
We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes of this notice and to comply with legal and tax obligations; it is then deleted. We apply administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing.
9. Changes to this notice
We will publish any changes on this page, with the date of the last update. If a change affects purposes that require your consent, we will ask for it again.
