Dies by bar size
A die for every bar.
Each bar size has its own marked set of dies, so the coupler is crimped to the right size.

Align, slide and crimp.

The bars need no square cut and no threads.

Place the coupler over the joint and fit the die for the bar size.

The G7K cold-crimps the coupler. Check the crimp mark on the coupler.

About the tool.
Can the coupler be crimped without the G7K?
No. The Hybrid Coupler is installed with the G7K tool: the MOLBER system is coupler + tool.
What do I need on site?
A 110 V outlet and the dies for the bar size you are splicing.
Can it be used on columns and slabs?
Yes: the tool works in vertical or horizontal position.
How do I know the splice is right?
Crimping leaves a visible mark on the coupler that allows visual inspection.
