This website is operated by MOLBER Solutions S.A. de C.V. ("MOLBER"), located at Atlixcáyotl 1499, 3rd floor, Reserva Territorial Atlixcáyotl, Z.C. 72810, San Andrés Cholula, Puebla, Mexico. By using it, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Purpose of the website

The website provides information about the MOLBER Hybrid Coupler and the G7K crimping tool, and lets you request quotes, data sheets, lab reports and technical visits. No sales are made on this website. The commercial terms of each project (prices, delivery, payment and others) are agreed in writing with each customer and prevail over any general information on the website.

2. Technical information

• The technical information on the website is general and for reference only. It does not replace the design, calculations or supervision of the structural engineer responsible for the project, who must verify that the mechanical splice is suitable for each use under the applicable codes.
• The published lab results correspond to the tests, bar sizes and conditions stated in each report. Full reports are provided on request.
• Splice performance depends on correct installation with the G7K tool and the dies for the corresponding bar size, following MOLBER's instructions.
• MOLBER may update specifications, models and technical information without notice. Before specifying the product in a project, request the current data sheet.

3. Permitted use

You may browse the website and share its links. You may not:

• Use the contact form to send advertising, bulk messages or false information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to areas, systems or data of the website, or affect its operation or security.
• Extract content in an automated or massive way, or use it for purposes other than evaluating our products.
• Present the website's content as your own or alter it in a way that is misleading about MOLBER or its products.

4. Intellectual property

The MOLBER trademark and logo, as well as the texts, photographs, illustrations, tables, design and code of this website, are protected by Mexican intellectual and industrial property law. No license over them is granted by merely using the website. Reproducing them, except for brief quotations citing the source, requires written authorization.

The MOLBER Hybrid Coupler uses patented technology. Nothing published on the website grants any right to manufacture, reproduce or exploit that technology.

5. Third-party links and services

The website may include links to or services from third parties, such as WhatsApp, Google or Cloudflare. MOLBER does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or privacy policies.

6. Availability and liability

We strive to keep the website available and its information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it will operate without interruptions or errors. MOLBER shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of the website or from decisions made solely on the basis of its general information, without the technical validation described in section 2, except where the law does not allow such liability to be limited.

MOLBER may modify these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute related to the use of the website, the parties submit to the competent courts of the state of Puebla, Mexico, and waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
